Pursuant to the provisions of Law no. 52/2003 on the transparency of decision-making in public administration and the provisions of Article 10 para. (3) of the Government Decision no. 421/2018 for the establishment of a state aid scheme to support the production of audiovisual works in Romania, as subsequently amended and supplemented ("Government Decision no. 421/2018"),
The Office for Film and Cultural Investments submits for public debate the draft Decisionfor the amendment and completion of the Procedure for the assessment, approval and disbursement of state aid for projects that can be financed under the state aid scheme regulated by Government Decision No 421/2018 for the establishment of a state aid scheme for the support of the production of audiovisual works on the territory of Romania, starting with the 2024 session, approved by Decision of the Manager of the Office for Film and Cultural Investments No 659/2024, with amendments and additions made by Decision of the Manager of the Office for Film and Cultural Investments No 759/2024.
In accordance with the provisions of para. (4) of Art. 7 of Law no. 52/2003 on the transparency of decision-making in public administration, proposals and comments on the draft normative act under debate may be submitted in writing to the Film and Cultural Investments Office, Mun. București, str. Thomas Masaryk nr.4, sector 2 or to the e-mail address contact@ofic.ro, until April 23, 2025, by filling in the Form for the collection of proposals and comments.
